Are you a new patient of Houston Behavioral Health, PLLC - Dr. Meagan N. Houston? Before your first appointment at our locally owned practice, you will be provided a new patient portal link (via email) to complete intake forms, insurance information and other pertinent information.

Please note. If this is your FIRST patient appointment, all intake paperwork (located in the patient portal) MUST be completed AT LEAST 72 hours prior to your appointment. If this information is incomplete the new patient appointment may be cancelled.--
